Description

Indulge in a delightful no-bake dessert with this Strawberry Lasagna recipe. Layers of golden Oreo crust, creamy cheesecake filling, vanilla pudding, fresh strawberries, and whipped topping create a luscious treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Oreo Crust:

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) golden Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Pudding Layer:

  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups cold milk

Strawberry Layer:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling or strawberry glaze
  • Additional whipped topping and strawberries for garnish


Instructions

  1. Oreo Crust: Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter, press into a 9×13-inch dish, and chill.
  2. Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and milk, fold in half of the whipped topping, and spread over crust.
  3. Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mixes with milk until thickened, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Strawberry Layer: Mix sliced strawberries with pie filling or glaze, spread over pudding layer.
  5. Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with strawberries. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese, skim milk, and light whipped topping.
  • You can also swap in graham crackers or shortbread cookies for the crust.
