Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
For the filling:
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dissolve Yeast: In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Mix Dough: In a large bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs, and yeast mixture. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead and Rise: Knead on a floured surface for 6 to 8 minutes, then let rise until doubled in size.
- Fill and Roll: Roll out dough, spread with butter, jam, sugar, cinnamon, and strawberries. Roll up and cut into rolls.
- Bake: Place rolls in a baking dish, let rise again, then bake until golden brown.
- Glaze: Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
