  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with half of the balsamic mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  5. While chicken is cooking, toss the sliced strawberries with the remaining balsamic mixture in a bowl.
