Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Season the chicken breasts with half of the balsamic mixture.
- Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- While chicken is cooking, toss the sliced strawberries with the remaining balsamic mixture in a bowl.
- Once the chicken is done, transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
