Indulge in the creamy decadence of this classic Strawberry Cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries and a sweet strawberry glaze. This dessert is perfect for any occasion, from family dinners to special celebrations.

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Strawberry Topping:

  • 1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup strawberry preserves or jam

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice. Add eggs one at a time. Pour over crust and bake.
  3. Chill and Serve: Cool the cheesecake, then refrigerate. Top with strawberry preserves and fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • For a glossy finish, slightly heat the preserves before spreading.
  • You can use homemade strawberry compote for a fruitier topping.
