Description

Indulge in the creamy and luscious delight of Strawberry Cheesecake Pie, a no-bake dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. This recipe combines the richness of cream cheese with the freshness of strawberries, all nestled in a crisp graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Pie Crust:

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Strawberry Topping:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whipped Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Assembly: Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  4. Strawberry Topping: Just before serving, warm the strawberry jam slightly until pourable, then toss it with the sliced strawberries. Spoon the glazed strawberries evenly over the chilled pie. Serve cold.

Notes

  • You can use a homemade graham cracker crust if preferred.
  • For a more intense strawberry flavor, add a few sliced berries into the filling before chilling.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
