Pie Crust:
- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Strawberry Topping:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
