Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

For the filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream

For the topping:

  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • Optional whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
