Description

Indulge in these delightful Strawberry Cheesecake Crescents for a quick and easy dessert that’s bursting with fresh fruit flavor. These flaky pastries are filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture and juicy strawberries, then baked to golden perfection. Perfect for a sweet treat any time of day!

Ingredients

Crescent Rolls:

  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Strawberry Filling:

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam (optional)

Additional:

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon coarse sugar or granulated sugar (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fill the crescents: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each triangle, add chopped strawberries, and a dab of jam if desired. Roll up each crescent and seal.
  4. Bake: Place the crescents on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 11–13 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for the smoothest filling.
  • You can substitute strawberries with raspberries or blueberries.
  • Best enjoyed warm the day they’re baked.
