Ingredients
Crescent Rolls:
- 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Cheesecake Filling:
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry Filling:
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam (optional)
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar or granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fill the crescents: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each triangle, add chopped strawberries, and a dab of jam if desired. Roll up each crescent and seal.
