Ingredients
Cream Cheese Mixture:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Banana Pudding Layer:
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
Additional Layers:
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 box vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies
Instructions
- Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined.
- Banana Pudding Layer: In a separate bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add the pudding to the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Assembly: In a 9×13-inch dish or trifle bowl, layer vanilla wafers, followed by banana slices, strawberry slices, and a layer of the pudding mixture.
