Description

Indulge in the delightful flavors of banana pudding and cheesecake with a fruity twist in this Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding. Layers of creamy goodness, fresh fruits, and cookies make this dessert a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

Ingredients

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Banana Pudding Layer:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

Additional Layers:

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies

Instructions

  1. Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined.
  2. Banana Pudding Layer: In a separate bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Add the pudding to the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Assembly: In a 9×13-inch dish or trifle bowl, layer vanilla wafers, followed by banana slices, strawberry slices, and a layer of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with pudding on top. Garnish with extra sliced strawberries, bananas, and crushed cookies if desired.
  4. Chilling: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, or overnight for best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Use firm, ripe bananas and fresh strawberries for best results.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance and stored covered in the fridge.
