Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Extra whipped topping and berries for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a small bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread half over the crust. Layer with bananas and strawberries. Top with remaining cream mixture.
