Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
For the Filling:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Extra whipped topping and berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a small bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread half over the crust. Layer with bananas and strawberries. Top with remaining cream mixture.
- Garnish and Chill: Optionally garnish with whipped topping and berries. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
