Description

This Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad is a delightful, no-bake dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the freshness of strawberries and bananas. Perfect for a summer treat or a sweet ending to any meal.

Ingredients

Cheesecake Mixture:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix, dry
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fruit:

  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the dry cheesecake pudding mix and powdered sugar, and mix until fully combined.

  3. Stir in the vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract, mixing until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until well blended.
  5. Gently stir in the sliced strawberries and bananas until evenly coated.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture. Serve cold.

Notes

  • For best results, add bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
  • You can substitute Greek yogurt for added protein or use sugar-free pudding mix and whipped topping for a lighter version.
  • Optional mix-ins include mini marshmallows, blueberries, or chopped nuts.
