Ingredients
Cheesecake Mixture:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix, dry
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit:
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract, mixing until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well blended.
- Gently stir in the sliced strawberries and bananas until evenly coated.
Add the dry cheesecake pudding mix and powdered sugar, and mix until fully combined.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture. Serve cold.
