Ingredients

Fruit and Flavor Base

  • 6 fresh strawberries, vibrant red, firm and fragrant
  • ¼ teaspoon (about 1 g) acai powder
  • 1 teaspoon (4 g) sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon (about 1 g) green coffee bean extract (omit for caffeine-free version)

Juices and Liquids

  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) white grape juice
  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) passionfruit juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) pink lemonade

Other

  • Ice, to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare Strawberries: In a bowl, smash 4 fresh strawberries until they become juicy and release their sweetness. Make sure to break them down well to create a flavorful base.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar and ¼ teaspoon of acai powder into the smashed strawberries. If using, add ¼ teaspoon of green coffee bean extract and stir to combine evenly.
  3. Combine Juices: In a cocktail shaker, pour 4 tablespoons of white grape juice, 4 tablespoons of passionfruit juice, and 1 cup of pink lemonade.
  4. Mix the Drink: Add the strawberry mixture to the cocktail shaker with the juices. Shake vigorously until the ingredients are well combined and the flavors meld.
  5. Serve Over Ice: Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the shaken mixture over the ice to chill the drink thoroughly.
  6. Garnish and Present: Garnish with sliced strawberries inside the glass and place one whole strawberry on the rim for decoration.
