White Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk (warm)
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Vegetables: Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic. Add vegetables, stir-fry until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
