Ingredients

For Sticky Garlic Chicken:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For Fried Rice:

  • 3 cups cooked and chilled jasmine rice
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare Sticky Garlic Chicken: Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and minced garlic. Cook chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil until browned. Add the garlic sauce and simmer until thick.
