Ingredients
For the Crostini:
- 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds

For the Steak:
- 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, trimmed

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
For the Horseradish Cream:
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (plus more for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and toast for 8–10 minutes.
- Cook the Steak: Season steak with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, then slice thinly.
