Ingredients
For the Steak:
- 1 pound flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
For the Quesadillas:
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone Griddle: Heat the griddle to medium-high.
- Marinate the Steak: Mix steak with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
