Description

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in Eggs: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and mix just until combined.
