Description

A light and refreshing dessert layered with fresh spring berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the berries by slicing the strawberries and combining them with blueberries and raspberries in a bowl.
  2. In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a layer of yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with a layer of berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
  6. Drizzle with honey if desired and garnish with mint leaves.
  7. Serve immediately for a crunchy texture or refrigerate for 15 minutes for a softer granola layer.

Notes

  • Use any combination of your favorite berries depending on availability.
  • To make it vegan, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
  • Layer just before serving to keep granola crunchy.
