- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the berries by slicing the strawberries and combining them with blueberries and raspberries in a bowl.
- In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a layer of yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with a layer of berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
- Drizzle with honey if desired and garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve immediately for a crunchy texture or refrigerate for 15 minutes for a softer granola layer.
Notes
- Use any combination of your favorite berries depending on availability.
- To make it vegan, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
- Layer just before serving to keep granola crunchy.
