- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 5 cups fresh spinach (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
For the Ricotta Mixture:
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
For Topping:
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or extra Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Sauté Aromatics and Spinach: In a skillet, sauté onion, garlic, then add spinach, salt, pepper, nutmeg until wilted.
