Ingredients

Cheese Crisps:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Spinach Dip:

  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach (squeezed dry and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, pepper, and chopped spinach until smooth.
  3. Prepare Cheese Crisps: On the baking sheet, place tablespoon-sized mounds of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, press down each mound, top with spinach mixture, and more cheese if desired.
  4. Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Cool and Serve: Let the crisps cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to crisp fully.

Notes

  • Best enjoyed the same day for maximum crunch.
  • Can use frozen spinach, ensure to thaw and squeeze out moisture.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
