Ingredients
Cheese Crisps:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Spinach Dip:
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach (squeezed dry and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, pepper, and chopped spinach until smooth.
- Prepare Cheese Crisps: On the baking sheet, place tablespoon-sized mounds of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, press down each mound, top with spinach mixture, and more cheese if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool and Serve: Let the crisps cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to crisp fully.
