Ingredients
Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Stuffing:
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté spinach: In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Prepare stuffing: In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Set aside.
- Prepare chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stuff each breast with the spinach cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
