Description

Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Stuffing:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté spinach: In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Prepare stuffing: In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Set aside.
  4. Prepare chicken: Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stuff each breast with the spinach cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Bake: Place stuffed chicken in a greased baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and golden.
