Ingredients

Cauliflower:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Hot Honey Glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons hot honey (or regular honey mixed with a pinch of red pepper flakes)

Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley or green onion for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Roast cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
  4. Drizzle with hot honey: Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot honey while still warm. Toss gently to coat.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less hot honey or red pepper flakes.
