Ingredients
Carrots:
- 4 large carrots, peeled and julienned
Seasoning:
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Carrots: Place the julienned carrots in a large mixing bowl.
- Make Garlic Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour hot garlic oil over carrots. Add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, gochugaru, and coriander. Toss to coat.
