- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 tbsp flour
For the Pie:
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté the Vegetables: In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and jalapeños until softened.
- Prepare the Filling: Add brisket, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and barbecue sauce. Cook briefly, then let cool.
