Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp: In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes.
- Prepare the aioli: Mix all aioli ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
- Grill the shrimp: Preheat grill to medium-high. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2–3 minutes per side. Sprinkle Parmesan over shrimp in the last minute of grilling.
- Serve: Garnish shrimp with parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges and chilled aioli.
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 30 minutes.
- For extra flavor, marinate longer or add lemon juice to the marinade.
