- 1/2 cup whole milk (more if needed)
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil: In a large skillet or saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook sausage: Add sausage, cook until browned, and drain excess grease if needed.
- Add onion and jalapeño: Stir in onion and jalapeño, cook until softened.
- Include garlic: Add garlic and cook briefly.
