Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (divided)
Oil and Butter:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (like Louisiana or Frank’s)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning and Garnish:
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Prepare pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the Chicken: Season chicken with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning. Sauté in a skillet with olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter until fully cooked and browned. Remove and set aside.
