- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Heat the skillet: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onions and cook until golden.
- Add spices: Add garlic, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, and turmeric. Cook until fragrant.
- Cook potatoes: Stir in sliced potatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add liquids: Pour in vinegar and water, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
