Ingredients

Potatoes:

  • 2 lbs (900g) potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices

Seasoning:

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onions and cook until golden.
  2. Add spices: Add garlic, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, and turmeric. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Cook potatoes: Stir in sliced potatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add liquids: Pour in vinegar and water, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
