Ingredients

- 2 cups frozen corn (thawed)
- 1 cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sauce Mixture:
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the corn, black beans, red bell pepper, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green chiles, red onion, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add Flavor: Stir in the cilantro and lime juice.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Notes
