Ingredients

Cake:

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (plus more for garnish)

Strawberry Layer:

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions
