Batter:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Additional:
- 6 ripe bananas, sliced
- Optional topping: whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, self-rising flour, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
