Boiling and Topping:
1/2 cup baking soda, 9 cups water (for boiling), 1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash), coarse salt for topping
Instructions

- Boiling and Baking: Preheat oven. Boil water and baking soda. Divide dough, shape into bites, boil briefly, then bake until golden.
- Final Steps: Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with salt, and bake until browned. Cool slightly before serving.
