  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla: Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beat until well combined.
  4. Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually mix into wet mixture.
