- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
Cheese Blend:
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded gouda cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Seasonings and Toppings:
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the Smoker: Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Cook Macaroni: Cook the elbow macaroni until al dente, then drain and set aside.
