Ingredients
Baby Carrots:
- 2 pounds baby carrots
 
Glaze:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
 - ¼ cup pure maple syrup
 - ¼ cup packed brown sugar
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
 - ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
 
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
 
Instructions
- Prepare Carrots: Place the baby carrots in the slow cooker.
 - Make Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cinnamon (if using).
 - Coat Carrots: Pour the glaze over the carrots and stir to coat evenly.
 - Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until the carrots are tender and glazed.
 - Serve: Stir before serving and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
 
Notes
- For extra richness, add a splash of heavy cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
