Ingredients
Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Seasoning Mix:
- 1 (0.7 oz) packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
Sauce:
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional Additions:
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place Chicken in Slow Cooker: Arrange the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the Italian dressing mix, Italian dressing, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
