Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cans Manwich sauce
- 12 oz farfalle (bowtie) pasta, cooked al dente
- 1 cup shredded Velveeta
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
Instructions

- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with shredded Colby-Jack cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt and flavor.
- Add diced jalapeños, bell peppers, or mushrooms for variation.
- Can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
- Other pasta types like penne or rotini work well too.
