Ingredients
For the Lemon Caper Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth or white wine
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat Butter and Olive Oil: In a small skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat until the butter is melted.
- Cook Garlic: Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
