Description

Ingredients

    Chicken:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Additional:

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil: In a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and tomatoes: Sauté garlic and cherry tomatoes until fragrant and slightly softened.
