  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
