Description

Ingredients

Shrimp Mixture:

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Casserole:

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté vegetables: In a skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  3. Cook shrimp: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until just pink.
