Ingredients
Salad:
- 1 lb cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 ripe avocados (diced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ½ cucumber (sliced)
- ¼ red onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
