Ingredients
Pizza Base:
- 1 prepared pizza base (12-inch, homemade or store-bought)
Sauce Mixture:
- 1/2 cup Schezwan sauce
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
Toppings:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 200 g paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cubed and lightly sautéed
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
- 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Prepare the Base: Place the pizza base on a baking tray or stone.
- Make the Sauce: Mix Schezwan sauce with pizza sauce and spread it over the base.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add Toppings: Arrange paneer cubes, onions, bell peppers, and sweet corn on the pizza.
- Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Finish and Serve: Sprinkle chili flakes, oregano, garnish with coriander, and slice before serving.
