Description

Savory Chicken Teriyaki Noodles bring the irresistible sweet-salty magic of teriyaki sauce, tender chicken, chewy noodles, and crisp-tender vegetables together in a speedy one-pan comfort meal—no delivery needed!


Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, boneless & skinless, thinly sliced,8 oz stir-fry or lo mein noodles,1/3 cup soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari),2 tbsp brown sugar,2 cloves garlic, minced,1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated,1 tbsp sesame oil,1 bell pepper, thinly sliced,1 cup snap peas (or broccoli florets, carrots, mushrooms),1 tbsp cornstarch,1/4 cup water,Sesame seeds (for garnish),Scallions, sliced (for garnish),Optional: cilantro, chili flakes


Instructions

Prepare: slice chicken and veggies, cook noodles to al dente per package instructions, drain and rinse under cold water.,Make sauce: whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl.,Sear chicken: heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, ~4–5 minutes. Remove and set aside.,Stir-fry veggies: in the same pan, add bell pepper and snap peas. Cook 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.,Combine: return chicken to pan, pour in the sauce, and add noodles. Toss well and cook 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats everything.,Garnish & serve: transfer to bowls, top with sesame seeds and scallions. Add cilantro or chili flakes if desired.
