Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
For the Teriyaki Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
For the Noodles:
- 8 oz cooked noodles of your choice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken breasts with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Make the Teriyaki Sauce: In a small saucepan, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
