Rice Noodles and Broccoli:

Instructions
- Braise the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet, brown chicken, set aside. Cook onion, garlic, ginger, spices, and sugar. Add coconut milk, broth, soy sauce, and simmer. Return chicken to skillet, cover, and braise for 25-30 minutes.
- Prepare Noodles and Broccoli: Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Steam or blanch broccoli until tender. Toss broccoli with sesame oil.
