Ingredients
Brownie Batter:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Salted Caramel Swirl:
- ¾ cup thick salted caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- Flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
- Mix Brownie Batter: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, and chocolate chips.
- Layer and Bake: Spread half of the batter in the pan. Dollop caramel sauce, swirl, add remaining batter. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
