Ingredients
Salmon Patties:
- 1 (14.75 oz) can salmon (drained, bones removed)
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter (for frying)

Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine drained salmon, egg, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form Patties: Shape the mixture into 6–8 patties, pressing gently to hold shape.
- Cook: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve warm with lemon wedges.
Notes
- You can use fresh cooked salmon instead of canned.
- For a gluten-free version, substitute with almond flour or gluten-free breadcrumbs.
