Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes)

Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish:

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss Ingredients: In a large bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until coated.
