Description

This Roasted Red Pepper Dip is a creamy and flavorful appetizer perfect for parties or as a snack. Made with roasted red bell peppers, cream cheese, and spices, it’s easy to whip up and pairs well with pita chips or fresh veggies.

Ingredients

Roasted Red Pepper Dip:

  • 2 large roasted red bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: If using jarred roasted peppers, drain well and pat dry. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Chill: Transfer to a bowl, chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve: Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use plant-based cream cheese and yogurt.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
