Ingredients

For the Cornish Hens:

  • 2 Cornish hens
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

For the Herb Butter:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, and parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Prep the Cornish Hens: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Rinse the hens inside and out, then pat dry with paper towels.
