Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish (optional)
- 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese and, if desired, mix with horseradish for added kick.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture across it.
- Evenly layer roast beef slices over the cheese.
- Top with spinach leaves and red bell pepper strips.
- Tightly roll the tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
