Description

Tender roast beef, creamy cheese, and crisp veggies all wrapped up in a soft tortilla for a savory, satisfying bite-sized snack that’s perfect for parties, lunches, or on-the-go.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish (optional)
  • 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese and, if desired, mix with horseradish for added kick.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture across it.
  3. Evenly layer roast beef slices over the cheese.
  4. Top with spinach leaves and red bell pepper strips.
  5. Tightly roll the tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Slice the chilled roll into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.

Notes

  • Try other veggies like shredded carrots or cucumbers for variety.
  • Substitute deli turkey or ham, or use grilled vegetables for a vegetarian version.
  • Make ahead and chill overnight for best slicing and flavor development.
